Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with original packaging, tags, certificates, and accessories
  • Free from scratches, damage, alterations, or signs of wear

Customers must contact Sammy Jewelry before sending any item back for return approval and instructions.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are considered final sale and are non-refundable:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewelry
  • Engraved items
  • Resized or modified jewelry
  • Special orders
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Original shipping charges, expedited shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within the return period.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund when applicable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Sammy Jewelry.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as Sammy Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production or shipping, it cannot be canceled.

Fraud Prevention

Sammy Jewelry reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policy, or unauthorized transactions.
